Recipe: Healthy and Quick Salmon


INGREDIENTS:



1 packet of Alaskan Salmon. I like the bbq cut because the edges don't get crispy.
1 teaspoon of dijon mustard 
1 teaspoon of Primal Kitchen Ranch 
1/2 of a lemon 
Salt
Pepper
Everything but the bagel Seasoning

PREPARATION: 


1. Preheat the oven in the broil function. 
2. Salt and pepper the salmon filets. 
3. Cook the salmon on broil for 4 minutes.


4. Mix the dijon mustard, the ranch and the lemon. 
5. Cover the salmon with the sauce.



6. Sprinkle filets with the Everything but the bagel seasoning.
7. Broil again for 3 minutes.


8. Serve with steamed vegetables and rice,
