Recipe: Rose Water Chia Seed Pudding

 I feel like lately I've been trying to find healthier snacks that will actually fill me up (I'm talking about you granola bar). So I was looking for something that was also refreshing and delicious because it's getting hot over here and then I remembered my mom's chia seed pudding so here it is :) This recipe is super easy and fast!! 


 Ingredients:
*1 cup of coconut milk
*3 tablespoons of chia seeds
*2 tablespoons of stevia
*1 tablespoon of rose water
*Any fruit you want, I used mango (about a 1/2 cup)
*Unsweetened coconut flakes for garnish
 Preparation:
*Mix the chia seeds, the coconut milk, the rose water and the stevia in a container or jar. 
*Let it rest in the fridge for about 3-4 hours (works better overnight)
*Chop your fruit and add it to the top as well as the coconut flakes
